Classes January 2011

BASKET WEAVING with ART GOODTIMES
Learn the art of basket weaving with Art Goodtimes. Create beautiful and colorful baskets with Art January 12th and 13th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Livery in Norwood. Class is $15 per student (excluding materials). Materials are $15 if purchased through the teacher (Please register by January 5th if you would like to get materials through the teacher). FITNESS AND ZUMBA WITH MELISSA CURRIE
Melissa will continue holding fitness and Zoomba classes at the Livery. Classes will continue throughout January. Check the events calendar for class schedule. Call Melissa for more information and to register 327-4865
YOUTH MUSIC WORKSHOP WITH STEVE SIEGEL
Workshop begins Friday, January 14th at the livery $50 per student. No materials needed. Each child is invited to bring 3 or 4 songs that he or she wants to learn with Steve. At the performance, each child will perform one or two of those pieces, with Steve playing back-up. Check the calendar for dates and times.

DRAMA WORKSHOP WITH ELLEN METRIC Stage-Play workshop at The Livery Open to pirates in grades 1 – 12, boys and girls. Wednesdays, Jan. 19 – March 10, 2:30 – 4:30 (March 8, 9, 10 – Tues., Weds., Thurs. - will be the last 3 days, with Thursday afternoon and evening performances of Jane Yolen’s The Ballad of the Pirate Queens) Pirates must be able to attend all 10 sessions and performances Call Ellen, 729-1681, by Friday, Jan. 14 to register Cost: $55 Students will be picked up by Ellen at school on Stage-Play days. Students must be picked up at The Livery at 4:30 p.m. If parents or caregivers cannot pick up at 4:30 p.m., arrangements can be made to have students attend BASE at Prime Time.
